The room had excellent bathroom facilities, including a walk-in shower. I also found the provided bathroom toiletries very useful (I always forget something!). The room was spacious enough and well heated.

The staff were friendly and efficient during check-in. They swiftly provided a fan upon request when the room was too warm. I appreciated their helpful and cute attitude.

the room was large it included an en-suite and a tv provisions existed to make tea i found this valuable. the pub downstairs provided convenient access to drinks and takeaway pizza the location was excellent only a short walk from the train station.
the mattress was a bit soft for my personal preference

The room size was ample and the shower worked well. I appreciated the central location because it was a short walk from the train station. Last year I stayed here and I was impressed the room had new lighting and was repainted this year. A new modern TV was also installed.
The radiator thermostat was not working so I could not turn off the high heat. This made sleeping difficult in the room.
